POLICIES/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

FOR SESSIONS

Hue Anh Nguyen honors your time and sets aside time out of her own life to be there for you.  If you do not keep your scheduled appointment there are others that have missed out on a session they truly need. Please be respectful of everyone and give a minimum of 24 hours notice if your session time is not going to work out for you.

A cancellation received with at least 24 hours notice will receive a refund minus a $35.00 administration fee or a rescheduled appointment time.

If you do not contact our office to reschedule, cancel or change your contact information for your session at least 24 hours in advance your session will be done (remotely) and an email sent with results of the session.

A session made for a time within 24 hours of scheduling is treated as a same-day session. No refund or credit can be offered.

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you are not available at your session this is considered as a no show and will not be rescheduled.

You have 6 months to use your session or package after purchase. 

SESSIONS PACKAGES

You have 3 days to cancel once you have purchased a package for a refund, minus a $100.00 administration fee. After the 3 day cancellation period there are no refunds. You have 6 months from date of purchase to use your package. Packages are for one person ONLY and are not transferable.

Cancellation policies apply regarding the 24 hour cancellation of a session. If we do not receive 24 hour notice of cancellation of a session from a package the session will not be rescheduled. If you are a no show the session will not be rescheduled.

HOURLY WORKSHOPS

For 1, 2, 3 and 4 hour workshops you must give 14 days notice for a full refund minus a $45.00 administration fee. Less than 14 days notice there are no refunds.
