CLIENT WELCOME & AGREEMENT
It is important that we have the same understanding of how the coaching relationship will work and what we each will bring to the process.
BASIC SHARED AGREEMENTS
I recommend a minimum of 5 weekly sessions, allowing time for the healing/ coaching process to take effect. Changing thought patterns and behaviors and creating room for change takes time and commitment.
Payment needs to be received in order to begin healing/coaching.
Each session will be for approximately 1 hour and will take place by phone or Skype. Email coaching will be agreed where required.
We agree that we will schedule coaching/healing sessions and you will call at those agreed times. A 24 -`hour notice period applies, to avoid being charged for a missed session.

STATEMENT OF INTENT
I understand that the coaching services I will be receiving from Hue Anh Nguyen are not offered as a substitute for mental health care. I also understand that my healer/coach is not acting as a psychotherapist, counsellor or advice-giver and does not purport to offer mental health care.
I understand that my coach will maintain confidentiality unless required to share information by law or with consent.
I am fully responsible for the choices, decisions and actions I take with regards to my life and affairs and I shall not hold Hue Anh Nguyen liable or responsible for my actions during or after the healing/coaching relationship.
I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being during my healing/coaching sessions.
I understand that all comments, ideas and discussions offered by my healer /coach are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my defined goals. I have the ability to give my informed consent. I hereby give my consent to Hue Anh Nguyen to assist me in achieving such goals.
